You can call almost all numbers as you would from a regular phone except for some special numbers such as 999 / 112 & 118. Most service providers do not provide these services. VoIPtalk currently provides all its subscribers with access to a speaking clock. All you have to do is dial 9123. Emergency numbers are currently not provided due to regulatory constraints. Access to selected directory service 118 numbers are provided.
