One of our remote sites has an internet connection which goes through one NAT router and across road a via wireless bridge onto someone else's LAN, through their NAT router onto the internet. And this thing *just works*. I just pre-configured it and they plugged it in. If you're sick of trying to get SIP to work through NAT - buy this.
