DrayTEK Vigor2100VG VoIP Wireless Router

Being new to VoIP, I settled on this box to replace my old PSTN connection, and have been very impressed with the results. Allowing me to connect my single DECT base to the analogue port made it simple to keep my old set of extensions working with the minimum of hassle. Providing a firewall as well was an excellent bonus.
The box arrived quickly and I was pleased to see version 2.5.8(5) firmware on it, which has fixed most of the shortcomings in earlier firmware versions. Setting dial tones to suit your country and configuring everything which previously needed Telnet it is now all possible through the Web GUI interface. The Telnet interface is available (not well documented but easy enough to feel your way round it if you type a ? for help) so I can, for example, automatically download call log details to my PC.
The box is a sensible choice for residential use where broadband routing, firewall and a single analogue phone line is required. Suits me nicely.
