Brilliant for the money! We've killed our ISDN off partly as a result of this phone :)
However there are some problems :
1/ It doesn't support transferring a call, but talking to the person you are transferring to *first* (then hanging up to actually make the transfer). For that you need a slightly more expensive unit. (or, assuming the hardware is capable, a new firmware).
2/ It is not the easiest to program/setup
3/ No side-tone in the ear piece. This means you cannot hear yourself coming back out of the earpiece when you speak. Most odd effect. You get used to it.
Good stuff generally. You pay a lot more for a little extra :)
