Grandstream Budgetone 102

I like this phone. It's cheap and cheerful, but works really well.
However, there are a few niggles with it that *could* be fixed really easily with firmeware:
1) Conference button doesn't do anything
2) Hold, Transfer and Flash buttons don't behave in the way you'd expect.
This means you can't do an announced transfer - eg person phones you, you press hold, dial the destination number, verbally announce the call, and then hang up.
What you can do is: Put call on hold, dial another number, speak, hangup, retreive call from hold, and then press transfer, dial number, hangup.
It's *so close* to being a great product, it just needs the firmware to make it behave like a normal phone.
