Grandstream GXP-2000 Enterprise IP Telephone

This phone has a really super liquid crystal display, which is back lit when an event occurs on the phone. Other manufacturers should take note of the point about backlighting LCD panels. Configuration of the first account was achieved smoothly with the VoipTalk set up system. However I made a mistake in the name of the account field and currently I can't change this in account one, probably because the VoipTalk is restoring line one values to the settings registered on their server every time the phone is rebooted. There was also the shock of finding out that this phone does not appear to have a 'PHONE BOOK' from which to select and dial out from the phone book list. Maybe I am missing something here... any correction or info on a phone book for this phone would be appreciated to john@inslovakia.sk.... The phone is worth buying for the LCD display and the backlighting alone. John Edwin Skelton.
