Grandstream Handytone ATA-486

I've had this a few months now, and it's very stable with the latest 1.0.6.7 firmware (had it on for 30 days without a reboot). I've had very occassional glitches.

My only quibble is that the throughput from LAN to and from WAN is only about 1Mb/s (I've got a 100Mb connection!). The latest firmware offers a "bridge" mode where no NATing takes place.
