What are International Freephone Numbers?
International Freephone (Toll Free) Numbers enable your business to have a virtual presence in 20 countries. For example, if your company is based in London but you advertise in the USA, customers in the USA can call you for free. The calls are then diverted to you and you pay the cost of the incoming call.
Why have an international freephone number?
An international number gives you presence worldwide, transforming you into a truly global business. A freephone number encourages customers to call you as they don't have to worry about paying the cost of the call. Customers anywhere in the world can get in touch for free. A freephone number puts the customer first, demonstrating dedication to customer service and inspiring customer loyalty and trust.
How do I receive calls to an international freephone number?
Calls can be diverted to any VoIP, landline or mobile destination using the VoIPtalk configuration panel.
How much does it cost and how long does the provisioning take?
There is a one off setup fee and a monthly charge for each destination. The pricing is listed in the table below for each destination.
Inbound call charges are as per the table below. Numbers may take 1-2 working days to provision.
Can I choose my own number?
Unfortunately, the numbers are allocated randomly. Please contact us if you require a special number.
