Prepay Silver Package

I've tested (w/paid credit) half a dozen of providers with mixed results before discovering VoipTalk.org services. I'm currently using an iPAQ 514 smartphone which works very well with VoipTalk's NAT infrastructure. Quick and rock solid connections on both Italian landline and mobile numbers, interesting rates and great service! Their Silver Package is highly recommended. Thumbs up :)
