I am an ipDialog employee, and couldn't help noticing that there were some inaccuracies in the last review for this phone. Our website has a User's Manual that details how to configure this phone for use for the first time; the phone can be configured either through the built-in website or the phone menu itself via LCD screen. Also, there are three 10/100 Ethernet ports but one is internal only. Two are available for external use.
