VoIPtalk Mobile Roamer

Not clear if this is cost effective in Europe, sounds too good to be true and no figures quoted. I travel 8 countries in 5 months usually. Is this product saying I can have a UK mobile number that transfers incoming calls to my mobile while overseas AND from which I can make outgoing mobile calls at voip rates of 1p a minute on the prepay silver package? I tend to think not, since I would expect it would say so if it does. The only way to test it seems to be to buy it.
Would love answers to the above. 1p a minute for outgoing mobile calls to fixed lines made overseas in Europe? That would be nice..
