1. Before starting, download the WiFi VoIP Phone firmware to your PC. and unzip the file to a directory in your PC, for example: 'C:\Wifi_phone_firmware'. Make sure that the WiFi phone you are upgrading and your PC are on the same network.
2. Press the MENU button on the phone and scroll down and select the MISC option.
3. Select Local TFTP update. The phone will prompt you for the code which is: 888888. Press the update button and the phone will display a 'Connecting' status. At this point, on your PC go to the directory where you previously unzipped the firmware and double-click on fwupgrade.exe. This application will search for the phone in the network. Once it finds the phone, select it and press upgrade.
