I joined Voiptalk as my wife regularly talks to her family in Europe. I can say that the service has exceeded my expectations, superb quality, better than Onetel or BT. An IP phone and also a soft phone on the laptop, together with 3call makes us portable, and contactable. Superb.

Better quality than BT. Caller ID works great. Excellent tariff. This is good, VERY good.

We use an ordinary DECT Cordless phone plugged into a Draytek router, and VOIPTALK PREPAY SILVER. We have a Manchester (0161) phone number from Voiptalk, so even though we are on an internet phone we still appear 'local'.

Been using this now for just over twelve months. No going back. :) Are we pleased? Yes - delighted.

I have been using this now for 5 months.... This has been great. I have a Grandstream Ata386, connect to this I have a cheap (20quid) Dect telephone. My Adsl connection is 1.6MB downstream with a 300kbs upstream. The quality of the voice is excellent and the availability is great. From when I placed the order with VOIPtalk the process was smooth quick and simple. Great product and I highly recomend it......

Excellent stuff! Great value for money! I have been a heavy user of the service since OCTOBER 2004 now and have no complaints at all.

Used in conjunction with several incoming 'virtual' numbers it is fantastic! The call rate savings are great. In addition anywhere you go where you have an internet connection of about 60kbs (upstream speed being the limiting factor) or greater and you can have all your numbers follow you to that location. Even works abroad!
