Compile a monthly call plan which gives you inclusive free monthly minutes and reflects your calling needs. What Call Package Do I Need?

If the majority of your businesses calls are to UK landlines, but you still require mobile calling minutes as well as some international destinations, you'll need the Business UK Multi Plan. You can then select the number of minutes you require for each call pack.

For example, you can select 50000 UK landline minutes, with 2000 UK mobile minutes and 200 Rest of the world minutes, all in the same plan, and all on the same account with 5 inclusive VoIP lines.

Or if your business deals in a wider geographical area and includes European destinations and maybe the US in its call list, then the Business Plus Multi Plan would be more suitable for your calling needs.

With the Business Multi Plan you can select from any number of combinations, to create a combination that fits your needs best.

Time of Day Forwarding / Scheduled Dialplan
This feature allows you to customise your dialplan online to manage your incoming calls.

Phone Support
Receive phone support for resolution of business critical issues.

* Calls to 0870 numbers are included within the landline group,
unless a connection charge applies.
** Calls to 0844, 0845, and 0871 ARE included within the mobile group,
unless a connection charge applies.
*** The "Rest of World" plan will cover ALL destinations not covered in landline and mobile,
irrespective of the rate, except for the following.

Terms and Conditions
A one-off set up charge of £20 applies when signing up to a Business Multi Plan. 5 VoIP lines provide you with the ability to make and receive up to 5 telephone calls at the same time. If you use all of your free minute allocation, extra call costs will fall under the VoIPtalk Silver rate and charged on a per second basis. Also, calls to other international destinations not listed are charged at VoIPtalk Silver rate. Call minutes within our plans are charged on a per-minute basis. This service supports both SIP and IAX VoIP protocols. Only one call package per VoIPtalk account. Customers must choose 1 component from each of the call groups, Landline, Mobile and Rest of the World. Minimum contract period of 6 months applies with 1 month notice period for cancellation thereafter. Customers cannot downgrade individual parts of the plan within the contract period.
