Irish VoIP Numbers

I purchased a Republic number (Dublin) for my wife who was working in Ireland.
I routed this to my IP account and it saved my wife and I a great deal of money.
I had a small problem, the Voiptalk tech team looked at, it was found to be a limitation with my other Sip provider.
