Irish VoIP Numbers

I use my Dublin and Manchester numbers when working in Central Asia routed to a oneroam.co.uk SIM card which allows me to receive mobile calls without paying ANY roaming charges - it saved me over a thousand euros in the first two months (I had been receiving calls on my O2 mobile at up to USD10 per minute).
