Can I use the service during a power outage? What happens if somebody calls me when my computer is switched off or during a power outage?
No. Your VoIP telephone/adaptor requires electricity to operate. However, VoIPtalk offers dial plan services to manage your calls in the event you are offline. For more information check out our dialplan configuration instructions.
