I've been with voiptalk for 4 years now and cannot fault the service. Customers often comment on how loud and clear the calls are and notice a difference for the worse when I use my BT line.
Topping up is easy as is adding numbers and upgrading your account. Customer service has also been excellent with speedy response to emails and they have even phoned in the past to make sure everything is working ok. I've only used voiptalk through a box connected to my router with a standard phone plugged in so can't comment for these people using it on a mobile device.
Personally I recommend one of the monthly call packages as there is big savings to be had. Have recommended voiptalk to many of my business contacts as I am overall very satisfied with the service.
