easyspeak VoIP Softphone

I found this extremely easy to use and very useful for what I do- allowing me to record my telephone lessons that I do and interviews that I carry out for market research. The quality of play back sound is super. However after the 14 day trial, the service simply disappeared without any warning or an email asking me to renew the service subscription. I have still a balance on my account for maing calls but cannot do it? Any help would be most appreciated.
