How do I use voicemail?
First you will have to reset your voicemail pin. To do this go here.
After you have reset your voicemail pin, you can access your voicemail messages and options by dialing 9200 from your VoIP phone or 0845 004 9200 or +44 (0)20 7043 9200 from a traditional telephone. At the prompt please enter your voicemail pin (set in the first step above). You will be prompted for your VoIPtalk ID when dialing from a traditional telephone.
