DID stands for Direct Inward Dialing. From a practical standpoint, a DID number range is simply a set of consecutive telephone numbers for use with your VoIP setup.

In normal circumstances, provisioning of your DID ranges will take no more than 5 minutes. However, for large DID ranges or popular UK locations, provisioning of your numbers may take up to 2 working days from purchase.

Minimum contract terms apply. Please note we cannot guarantee provisioning of the same number after a subscription has become inactive either due to payment failure or cancellation of the service. Please make sure payments are up to date to avoid losing incoming numbers.
