What is an Incoming International Number?

It is a virtual landline telephone number from one of 18 countries of your choice. This number is charged to the caller at the same rate as a landline call to that country (depending on the destination and type of line they are calling from).

VoIPtalk can now provide you with a virtual International landline number, which can be configured to point to your IP phone or IP PBX, enabling callers to dial into your IP network via a conventional landline telephone number.

Can I choose my own number?

Numbers are allocated randomly. When you choose to sign up for an International Number, you will be able to choose a specific country area code from the choices available.

How much does it cost and how long does the provisioning take?

We charge a £10 setup fee plus a monthly charge of £8.99 plus VAT. Numbers may take 4 - 5 working days to provision.

If you subscribe today we are offering the Rest of the World numbers for half price for the first 3 months. So your monthly subscription will be £4.50+VAT per month for 3 months*.

With a VoIPtalk International Number there are No Incoming Call costs, so you don't have to pay when someone calls you! Divert costs are chargeable.

Please note: Legal restrictions apply in these countries Singapore, local proof of address is required. Please submit proof of address with your order number to the customer services team. All numbers come with 2 simultaneous incoming calls, no per minute fees.

Please note we cannot guarantee provisioning of the same number after a subscription has become inactive either due to payment failure or cancellation of the service. Please make sure payments are up to date to avoid losing incoming numbers.

*Half price subscription is based on a minimum 6 month contract period with 1 month notice for cancellation. Setup fee of £10 is not half price and applies to each Rest of the World Number ordered.
